Besides writing music for commercial and entertainment purposes, Tammy also specializes in creating background music employing both digital music software and traditional music instruments.   She believes that it is necessary to fully understand the expected or desired impact before creating the appropriate sound piece aiming at fulfilling the purpose of particular projects.

Tammy holds a BA degree and an AMusTCL.  She is certified grade 8 from ABRSM for both piano and singing.
