Furtherfell is an AU, split into several branches, portraying the various hypothetical neutral endings of the 'canon' Underfell. In this instance, 'canon' refers to the version on Tumblr, created by the infinitely talented Fella. They don't actually consider it canon, but for Furtherfell it most certainly is. It is inspired by the concept of Aftergore, though only in concept and not in execution. Our story follows a human by the name of Hare, entering a world they do not understand, that has been forever changed by the actions of someone they've never even met.
We won't be 100% accurate to Underfell; some elements may be changed, either due to a lack of information or just due to us wanting something to differ.

"Furtherfell - Vive La Révolution" follows on from the King Papyrus ending, where Toriel, Undyne, Mettaton, and Asgore have all been killed, leaving Papyrus as the only option for a good leader. He vows to do better then the Tyrant before him; he sees good in all of his people, buried beneath their evil and cruelty, and he will force it out of them no matter the cost. These good intentions spiral out of control, until the underground becomes a Totalitarian Dictatorship with the new King at the helm, arguably in a worse state than the previous rule. Humans are to be treated as enemies, to prevent another tragedy such as this.
In Furtherfell VLR, Napstablook takes on the role of Sans. Papyrus' regime has banned any sort of free movement between parts of the Underground, leading to them and their cousin Mew Mew stuck in Snowdin. Napstablook is aware of the currently ongoing rebellion, but is not a part of it, instead choosing to remain a more neutral party.  They don't agree with killing a Human to further a goal, no matter how noble, and therefore try and secretly help you through. 
However, this doesn't mean that they're not ready to cause some chaos and do some real damage to Papyrus' rule, because it's not like any cell can hold them back anyways.

Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore I, the Incomplete/Flawed Pacifist ending, details an ending in which everyone (except for Asgore) was spared and befriended. Toriel has taken her ex-husband's place, ruling the Underground with both strictness and kindness. Humans are to be treated not as enemies, but as friends.

Mettaton keeps his role, and has upgraded Hotland to be the ultimate set for the triumphant return of his acclaimed shows! There will be more drama! More romance!(?) More bloodshed!
