alright gamers, you wanna talk about shells? the new carbon problem besides climate change involves how the acidity in the ocean is changing. right now, it's 8.2, but by 2100, it's going to be 7.9 and there won't be enough limestone in the oceans for the shelled creatures to turn into shells. so by about 2050, lobsters, crabs, shellfish, etc will have half shells. you wanna talk about half shells? let's talk carbon, baby ;)
