this is the sixth track off my album, rare novels. valerian is a plant which can be taken as a medicine for sleep and anxiety. i have referenced this plant multiple times in my other tracks. this song encapsulates my growing anxiety, to the point where i am not able to read my own story to the end. so i get comforted by a loved one and get assurance that no matter what, your intrusive thoughts will never define who you are.
