I'm not the producer that just cranks out beats all day and thinks everything I do is hot. For me, it's a process. And sometimes my process can take 2 years. Yea, I'm THAT kinda producer.

I've been sitting on this track for two years. 

I love samples, but I'm not a big sample driven producer, however, when I got the instrumental to a popular Motown song, I couldn't resist.

I tried to do some filtering to bring out the bass in the original sample. Filtering is something I couldn't grasp well in the 90's so it's only right that I probably suck at it in 2014. Until I meet an engineer who can help me get the concept, this is what I got...

If I Were Your Producer
