Gone (one)

This is an excerpt from the set I prepared for Drone Day in Prince George last May 25th. 

It consists of a collection of vetted clips, sequenced digital instruments and live-played digital instruments using the Push 2 midi controller in Ableton Live.

GAMMA CAMERA is an evolving musical project from Singer/Looper/Improviser Doug Koyama.

It's mostly about love but it's also about freedom. Freedom from judgement, freedom from the confines of perceived sensibility and freedom from the expectations of what "it" is supposed to be.

Born from a love of musical expression and a hardware change, GAMMA CAMERA is whatever it is. Based in an Ableton Live setup with a Push 2 controller nothing is written in stone.

We will see what it becomes, the future is not yet written.
