The Searching

Gandy Dancer comes together as a meeting of 5 accomplished musicians from the North of Devon. The convergance of country rock, celtic rock, trad and prog folk are the starting points for Tom Nordon - formerly of the Edgar Broughton Band, Doll by Doll and DOG - Mary Jane Newell who sings with A Parcel of Rogues and The Regesters - Mags Foster who is a classically trained violinist plays with Celtic Rock Band - A Parcel of Rogues - Nigel Mason plays bass and guitar with A Parcel of Rogues and The regesters - and Colin Wright who plays drums with Canyon Ryde, DOG and A Parcel of Rogues The band are presently recording demos which are represented by three tracks which are from their forthcoming album - Dancing By The Ford .
