Octoptic mejor conocido como NRMN es un productor del norte del país que reside en Xalapa, Veracruz.
Lleva experimentando y creando música desde el 2010 trabajando con diversos géneros y bpms que lo han llevado a ser parte de la Edición #16 de Mutek Mx.

El título de este EP hace referencia a los sonidos registrados en el Desierto de Sonora para la elaboración de los 6 tracks que le conforman, al igual que la parte gráfica que se asimilan a las texturas sónicas que explora constantemente en su música.
