Once upon a time, 
Two birds fell down to earth from a dark sky full of luminous stars.
Stars they were themselves to come across the path of two human beings.
Beings with an open heart, ready to take care of the two little birds under their wings…
Wings wide opened, the two little humans cared for the little birds, feeding them with love, living food and fresh water…
Water, as fresh and alive, conducted their love, flooding their tiny little bodies with luminous sparkles.

Lucky they were to make such a special encounter…
And lucky were those two little humans to create such a bond with wild feathery beings…
Lucky they all were to look after each other.

A bond that one doesn’t realize to be as strong.
Time flies and the little birds attempt their first flies.
Flies that make everybody happy around them.
Is freedom on its way?
The little humans believed deep inside they were ready to let them go…
But, were they really?

One night, the two little birds spent their first night out.
Too cold the night was for the tiny little creatures.
Unable to warm each other up…
They took off for their last ultimate flight the next morning. The « Vol de Velours. »

That morning, it is not refreshing water that flooded the two little humans.
Rather waves of emotions it was…
A dramatic moment for them two… filled with guilt, sadness and regrets.
Had they done the right choice for the two little birds?
To how many emotions were they confronted ?
Being so happy to save two lives, they also had to let them die…

That day, two humans fell down from the nest they had created.
Luckily that day, they came across the path of other little humans beings…
Beings with an open heart, ready to take care of the two little humans under their wings…
Wings wide opened, the group of little humans cared for the two little humans, feeding them with love, living food, fresh water…but also kindness and empathy.

Lucky they were to make such a special encounter…
And lucky were those two little humans to create such a bond with caring hairy beings…
Lucky they all were to look after each other.

Remember…
What one gives, receives…

After almost half a year without recording a set for different reasons, mainly my slight disenchantment towards the downtempo scene, I share with you this set of beautiful Electribal tracks, built mainly from the territories of Afro and Organic House. The set was built over several months of exploring intensely percussive electronica, and the result is an energetic, dynamic and afro-tropical feeling set. 

As the world burns, and we all watch helplessly and impotently, I hope you find in this set at least the energy to dance along with each other. My thoughts are with the people of Ukraine, and also with the Russians who reject this absolute catastrophe. May the two nations and the two ancient cultures be able to dance with each other, remembering that only the present in its ecstatic experience of love and movement is all that matters.

The Conception of Space in Aztec Cosmology and Mythology 

A creation myth that illustrates the concept of the world divided in four quarters is the story of Cipactli, the original being, the primordial feminine sea monster that swam in the vastness of the waters. Two gods cut her body in two parts; they built the heavens with one part and the underworld with the other part. The heavens were fertilizing and giving, the underworld producing and receiving. To separate the two parts, the gods placed five posts, one at the center and the remaining four at each corner of the Earth. The intermediate part created by this separation was the world inhabited by humankind. Everything was grouped in accordance to the four cardinal points of the compass and the central direction of up and down. Therefore, the numbers four and five were extremely important and manifested as four quadrants and five directions. These four directions and corners of the Earth are religious symbols for the cardinal points. This myth is complemented by the myth of Ometecuhtli and Omecihuatl, the supreme divine couple who resided in Omeyocan, where they engendered four divinities: Xipe or the red Tezcatlipoca, the black Tezcatlipoca, Quetzalcoatl and Huitzilopochtli.

Arno Brak aka Kaöb is a free-spirited person who grew up surrounded by the intensity and color of an artistic family. Passionate about world cultures, he has lived in Dublin, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and has visited some thirty countries around the world.
Under the name of Arno Brak, he released 19 tracks on 6 labels in 4 years (FlymusiK Records, Bedroom House Records, Locked Records, Arch 44, Hitfinders Music Brazil, Simplus Label), then decided to change last year in Kaöb which corresponds better to his universe. In early October, he released his first EP of 3 tracks on the famous Brazilian label Casa Caos.

His style of music reflects a real craze for spirituality, esotericism, mysticism, ancient civilizations and ethnic cultures, coupled with electronic music (Deep Tribal Ethno Tech Downtempo). Improved with a philosophy of life of the here and now, positivity, law of attraction, awakening of conscience, meditation, nature, unity, multiculturalism and questioning about this wonderful universe, which he seeks to transmit as much through his compositions as his mix.
It attempts to convey the means of access to an interdimensional portal that would allow the understanding of the mysteries of the universe or at least the elevation of our consciousness at the higher stage.

Many EP projects, partnerships, podcast and live mix are coming in the coming months in France, Europe and rest of the world.

Every gig I play is an opportunity to create a journey that I can later share with you.
I've been playing 'shamanic/ethnic chillout' for a year and felt like exploring different styles.

So, this journey "Smooth Lounge" journey includes a lot of intrumental jazzy hip hop, eg without rapping, as well as neo-soul, blues and actuall jazz.

It's also a journey back in time, with music I listened to 20 years ago, and some music that was recorded upto 80 years ago.

Garasadah Records is a Nepali Label which was founded in June 2017. The founders once met there on a volunteer journey. So the decision was made to establish the label as a Nepali label as well as to support the volunteer organisation, they worked for, with every income the label will make. This music label focusses on transnational sound productions. Especially cultural diversity and the implementation of indigenious sound fragments are characteristics of its music. However the confluence of generic downbeat and house elements as well as world music is no longer contradictionary but a certain style of symbiotically revel. Garasadah persues the approach of holistic music. This approach will been seen in the art of covers, the style of texts, the handling of management and at last, of course, in the implementation of music. The sound of Garasadah is produced in 432 Hz so that the music reflects the beat of life and swing in the rhythm of our cells.
