FREE TO BE HAPPY  - Vocals for Collabs

This song was inspired by "The Cold Heart" (German: Das kalte Herz), a fairy tale written by Wilhelm Hauff. It was published in 1827 in a collection of fairy tales that take place within the narrative of The Spessart Inn.
Although written almost 200 years ago, the described conflicts of mankind are still up-to-date, maybe even more than before. Preferring status und prosperity over humanity is something which has become socially acceptable.

I see, feel, hear the rain and thunder, over our world, and it makes me wonder about a few things......

Where did... common sense go?
Where did... the knowledge and realization that we have nowhere to go go? 

Where did... the courage and will to stop the gates of hell from constantly standing ajar go?
Where did... your own will go?

Some of these natural lessons extend into the moral structure of humanity as it must evaluate from time to time if novel ideas work or if the ancient wisdom is better...and so it rains.

When I heard Rekha years ago, I couldn't stop thinking about how I could adapt a song to her voice.

Thanks to Delaflor, who had already collaborated with her, she was able to contact me and offer me a song. After several weeks of work, Manu added an excellent guitar riff that partially camouflaged my horrible synth guitar.

Then it develops and a classical organ comes in, then drums are added and all this develops into sympho-rock with full-fledged drive and metal rhythm. The music combines the sound of classical instruments and classical instrumentation with the use of a standard drum kit, but amplified and with other drums.
