The uber talented James Laczkowski uses samples from the Afghan Whigs' track "66" to create this seductive sound.  Off of his 2004 album Soho,  from his side project entitled "Electrik Dreams".

Remix of live Jeff Buckley performance of "Be Your Husband".  This is off of one of James Eric (James Laczkowski's) side projects called "Electrik Dreams" where he did mash-ups and remixes.  The 2004 album is called "SoHo" and this was on the bonus disc.  Just rediscovered it!
