This is the recording of my live set at Nuit Magique in my hometown.
Listening takes me right back to  this beautiful intimate show I've  played. The rooftop Twenty 20 location makes this so special and the vibe of everyone involved too. It’s a family and I’m happy to feel like I’m part of it. I think this reflects in the music being played on this art-car.
My set has been a journey for me personally and musically, and I hope you get a glimpse of what I felt when I played these tracks.

🎧 Last-minute surprise! I was invited to spin a DJ set at MCR right before I left Miami, and I couldn’t resist diving into what I love. It was an unexpected blast—thanks for the chance to bring the beats Ubuntu! 🎶✨
I didn’t prepare anything for this DJ set—just grabbed my emergency USB, which I always keep handy, and jumped into the vibe. It’s one of the rare times I got to play on this controller, and it’s a nice piece of equipment. Had an amazing time with some friends in the room and really enjoyed the spontaneous energy!

I was on a search for the voice to bring life to my newest single Basen an Fon (deep water). This track whose lyrics have such spiritual significance in our Haitian culture & traditions. The first person that came into my mind was Anie Alerte. I sent the demo to get her feel on it and she instantly fell in love. Anie delivers on this track. Her energy and vibrant voice add life to this new release. 
All the pieces came together beautifully.

Toto Bissainthe was a true avant-gardist. A woman who followed her passion, delivering to the world her love of Haitian arts. She honored it even when it was taboo to embrace voodoo and folk music. Toto played an important role in carrying to next generations our heritage. Her life’s work is a testimony to our culture. She cherished her roots and shared it with the world without fear but with pride.
In creole "rasanbleman means "gathering". If we want to make a real difference, we need to join forces for a better future. We need to stand for Haiti, for humanity. The greatest challenges globally can only be resolved by working together.
This new release by Gardy Girault is deeply marinated in his "rara tech" spices: forceful arid synths and deep undertone, yet keeping a vintage flavor.
