This is phase one of a two hour Domestic Exile mix that I recorded for Lanark Artefax put together a 24 hour non-stop marathon worth of curated content that live streamed via YouTube to celebrate his debut live performance at The Oval Space in London on the 17th Nov and his 'The Absent Material Gateway' A/V and sound installation in Glasgow 19th Nov, 2K17. Our mix featured alongside don's such as Peder Mannerfelt, Renick Bell, Mike Paradinas and many others.

The DomEX two hour mix was separated into three segments / phases by a couple of the crew members and a close friend of the family.

∆ Phase I ∆ ~ A mix by myself containing a luminescent, hazy, illusion of compressed DIY electronics, forward momentum of grime & syncopated club deconstructions to the idiosyncratic frequencies of sci-fi extraterrestrial musique concrete, dystopian industrial modular synthesis, existential mutant riddims to vocal experimentations from past and present.

∆ Phase II ∆ ~ A half hour recorded studio live set by SUE ZUKI again containing her own current and unreleased fragmented pulsations and unsettling queasy productions.

∆ Phase III ∆ ~ A blistering and uncompromising 15 minute mini mix annhilation recorded by KLEFT containing all of her own, unreleased material.

Lanark Artefax ~ 24hr Takeover mix (16/11/2017)

An investigation into introspective and mysterious compositions. The intention of this selection of music focused on revolving around three spellbinding Cucina Povera (Maria Rossi) recordings - Elektra, Totean and Huhuilu.

Convergence of unsettling in depth depressurised drones as if floating in the solitary vacuum of space. Mystical ambience, glistening minimal synthesis. Folkloric incantations and field recordings that weaves a together a tapestry of hymnal and linguistic experimentations from Eastern and Northern Europe (Finland, Ukraine and Latvia). Brooding malaise of saxophones and violins. Melancholic gothic undercurrents through vast and remote forests. Meandering post-punk / dub and spectral and beguiling ritualistic chanting.

Shadows Of A Lurking Wraith

A mix I recorded MR TC and Conal Blake's Umgebung show on LYL Radio, Lyon, France.

Extraterrestrial natty, TUFF Mutant dancehall riddims / the feverish, possessive hysteria of GQOM influenced Rudeboyz / dread / mechanical noise / consciousness expanding experimental, ambient sound design that sounds like bacteria orgamisms multiplying under a microscope, DJ LYCOX, Coucou Chloe, syncopated percussion and accelerated tempos / bpm's, fractured club deconstructions, idiosyncratic footwork, disorientating murky subs and low end grime, visceral hybrid of reggaeton and industrial.
