Einhander meets Streets of Rage with a dash of Castlevania for some sweet, yet ominous electronica. Loving the symphonic rock part from 1:31 onwards. Looking forward to the full OST and game. ;)

This track will be the intro track from the upcoming 4th Elancia album. I wanted to strike a balance between the upbeat nature of "To Get By" from the first album, and "Under the Moons and the Rain" from the third album. 
All that's really left for me to do on this is place a few more melodies in and finish the outro. I'm not happy with any of the melodies or outros I've come up with yet, so here's all there is so far. Enjoy!

Into the Frontier [WIP]

Two hundred billion years ago, I helped out on a track by Radix (Mosaik these days) called "Gone Fishing," which he graciously released as a collab. It had this delicious, laid-back flavor that was the combination of his uncanny sense of harmony and my insistence that "the drums gotta pop, man."

This song is very much an exploration of that musical space, with a robust, chunky drum groove supporting a bouncy, sparkling bed of interesting melodical twists and turns. I really like it, and dedicate it fully to Jakob / Mosaik who's always inspired me to write better.

Hey guys! Sorry for things slowing down recently. I've honestly been very very burned out due to a lot of things going on in real life and beyond.
So, to tide you over for a little while at least, until I get the ball rolling again, here's a tune from very late in ECO! :D It'll probably be a little over a year until I reach this point in the storyline, but the song has been done for a while. Chips=FLIPPED is a compilation of arrangements by VGM artists - each selecting a different song form the ChipWIN discography. 

I was tasked with mastering Volume 5 of Chiptunes = WIN, and as soon as we heard "Downpour", we knew it had to be the first track. It was great to hear a downtempo edge of something like Failure in chiptune form. Failure is one of my favorite bands. I had to do this.
