Falling Slowly (Cover)

This song popped out of my brain in all of two hours, so I was pretty pumped with the outcome of such a quickly written and recorded song.  It ended up sounding very Postal Service-like in my opinion, but I thought that only made it cooler since that wasn't even my initial intention.

I made a few improvements, in my opinion, to a couple parts of this track. This is why I am uploading it for the second time, just for anyone who noticed. Otherwise, still Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol. So enjoy it.

I Hate Your Lies

My friend Michael and I did a collab to produce this little piece of I Never Wanted by As I Lay Dying. I'm doing the heavy vox and some of the clean stuff, he is doing the drums and guitar.

My name is Garrett Jones. I am currently still in high school, particularly a senior, and am making desperate attempts to produce music with what little resources I have at my disposal. I should be getting a MacBook Pro soon enough, however, so my music production is on its way to becoming something worthy of the public's ears. I play piano, drums, guitar, and bass, so aside from looking to join a band as vocalist, I hope to be somewhat of a one-man band in the near future. I'm looking to get Native Instruments Komplete 7 as my production software once I get my Mac. So if you stumble across my page, be sure to keep an eye out. I should be coming out with a ton of (hopefully) great tunes of almost every genre imaginable in the very foreseeable future.
