Garrison Brothers Distillery is located in heavenly Hye, Texas – smack dab in the middle of the serene Hill Country. When you visit, you instantly feel the warmth of their Texas spirit, alongside the soothing sounds of the distillery itself – like the hum of their copper pot-stills making more delicious bourbon or the swirling winds brushing against the old, wooden barrel barn doors.
