Since Garritan conceals the composer's name: does anybody know it?

This is from ngelbert Humperdinck. It's a piano version of his song (duet) "Abendsegen / Abends will ich schlafen geh'n" (Evening Blessing / When I want to go to slepp in the evening) from his opera "Hänsel und Gretel".
