It's about how country music is being pushed to the side by the new Nashville labels because of money not the music.  They should be classifying their new music as something else besides country.  They doctor the songs up by adding steel guitar, fiddle and cowboy hats.

I am a country music singer/songwriter.  I love to write and record country music and I use a lot of very talented male & female artists to sing my songs.  I pitch my songs to movies, television, major labels, INDIE labels, artists and producers.  I have been blessed with songs being placed in two major movies, "The Guilt Trip" & "Snitch".  I have had songs placed in three television shows, "Pretty Lil' Liar's", "The Messenger's" and "Blood & Oil", plus, I have six of my songs placed with three male and female country acts in Australia.
