Retraité tranquille, rangé des voitures depuis une quinzaine d’années, il accepte de lever le voile sur les chapitres les plus sombres de sa vie. Milou a publié, avec Thierry Collombié, son autobiographie chez Robert Laffont "Truand" en 2015.
