I definitely don't use Twitter as much as I would like to for the simple fact that I am limited to 140 characters.

toughest love that if only they listened would bring tremendous value.  I only use Twitter because I don't feel it connects to me. 

Been waiting forever to hear some truth about the state of Twitter in the overall market of social media. What's better is Twitter is hearing this constructive criticism first-hand. Brilliant, it's something they've needed to hear for the longest time.

OMG, totally brilliant what Gary said about taking Twitter back to small business. I've been thinking it for a while now, While it's getting more and more expensive for businesses to get attention on Facebook with advertising, it's a perfect opportunity for Twitter to make a comeback and begin actively, through webinars, live video or whatever, educating and training employees, entrepreneurs, and businesses how to build their business organically. I think the vast majority of people today believe Twitter is for celebrities and high-profile business. They need to steer Twitter back to the everyday small business, everyman market and teach them how to create and increase VALUE, increase QUALITY for their audience(s).

Cereal numbers: the fall in food prices

There is something that is rarely talked about in the business world and I want to start building more attention for it.

That thing is self-awareness.

I’m upset that the narrative these days is that everyone needs to be number one, own a company, be in charge. A lot of people are going to lose that way.

Self-awareness allows people to recognize what things they do best so they can then go hard on those aspects of their life. It also helps you accept your weaknesses.

What works for one person doesn’t work for everyone. I want people to learn to be at peace with themselves, to understand what they can offer, because everyone’s got something. The key, however, is learning how to find it.

Self-awareness can help you do that.

Self-awareness is being able to accept your weaknesses while focusing all of your attention on your strengths.

The moment you decide to accept your shortcomings and bet entirely on your strengths, things will change. Trust me.

The Importance of Self-Awareness

This might be the most important message I've been focusing on over the last few years. We're so good (especially in America) at exploiting eachother's weaknesses&nbsp;and selling us on ways to get 'better,' and I'm trying to do the reverse. I don't put out all of this content out for you to try and be like me. I'm just trying to give you the cover to use my day as a barometer for you to measure how you're building your success and happiness.&nbsp;At the end of the day, by knowing what you're good at and what makes you happy, and focusing all of your attention on those things, you will win. You don't need to be the best at everything. You just need to do what makes you happy.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
