...Photographs have appeared on the internet on several occasions showing gatherings of apparently motionless sperm whales standing upright in the water. The mammals, which are about the size of a bus, almost always appear to be "standing" and in groups of five or six.
French photographer and director Stephane Granzotto captured this behaviour during a dive in the Mediterranean, where he was documenting sperm whales for his photographic book on these creatures entitled Cachalots. In the gallery photographs, uploaded to National Geographic's photo community, YourShot, he indicates that the whales had been sleeping for an hour.
A 2008 study published in the journal Current Biology was the first to conclusively document the upright position whales adopt for sleeping.....

...En internet han aparecido en diversas ocasiones fotografías que muestran reuniones de cachalotes que aparentemente no se mueven y están dispuestos en posición vertical en el agua. Estos mamíferos, que son del tamaño aproximado de un autobús, casi siempre parecen estar «de pie» y en grupos de cinco o seis.

Hi guys, really proud today introducing a very fruitful collab with my friend Dirk Taubenheim from The Gatsbys. This song means a lot to me, as this is my very first song I partly wrote almost 15 years ago. I only finished music and arrangement last year, and considering the great welcome this song had from you all, I decided to carry on the work and write lyrics. 
Once it was finished, I offered Dirk to sing it, as I always thought he had the admirable rocky voice this song deserved. He accepted straight away to sing it, which was an honor for me considering his prolific songwriting career. The ancient metropolis of Istanbul probably derives its name from the Greek 'Stin Polis' ('in the city')(according to Sean Lusk's excellent book 'The Second Sight of Zachary Cloudesly)having previously been Constantinople the capital of the Byzantine Empire.
This incredible city spans the continents of Europe and Asia and reflects aspects of both in its culture and people.
