NuBass made his mark on 1Forty with a track that became our most streamed on SoundCloud.. 'Meltdown'. For this reason alone we had to arrange a VIP to follow it up for this compilation. Its no surprise that it has been picked up by DJ EZ, Notion, Barely Royal, TS7, Skue-K and was recently played by TQD on their bow out of their Radio 1 Residency.

The 19 year old producer has only been producing for 2 years but its easy to see why he's progressed as fast as he has. Since he last released with us back in November he's been a headliner at Stealth (Nottingham), Tank (Sheffield), appeared at our second home - Mint Warehouse (Leeds) and also made his international debut in Belgium. Skepsis, Holy Goof, FooR, Shapes, TS7, Darkzy & more have continuously supported his music which has now even reached the likes of Wax Motif in the States.

Pelikann links up with Hadean for the third track from this EP entitled ‘Console Wars’. Collaborations between these two are never to be taken lightly so when we saw this in our inbox we strapped our socks on with rhino leather & cast iron bolts but all in vain as they were still blown clean off our feet. Epic choir harmonics supported by timpani rolls and edgy atmospherics ring out a wide-open space as a disgusting mid-range synth nudges it’s way in until the track has no other option but to burst into a beautiful bonanza of brutal bass sounds. Although this track may have been inspired by epic gaming sound tracks, these two really weren’t playing around with this one!
