Tone Gasz is a Sacramento-based rapper/producer originally born in Richmond, CA. Early in life, one of his first interests was poetry at the age of 8. He then moved to Sacramento when he turned 9, and by 10, he was writing his own rap lyrics. At this time, it started to become clear that music was a passion for Tone Gasz. By age 15, he picked up music production utilizing the beat production software FL Studio. Now at 25 years old, Tone Gasz combines his talents and produces most of his own music.
 
Since picking up the microphone, Tone Gasz has released one mixtape entitled No Breaks in 2011 and the EP Rachett Lifestyle in 2016 with many single releases in between. 2017 looks to be an exciting year for Tone Gasz as he plans to release a wave of music, perform more live music and create more collaborations.
