The Pure Pool project is all but completely new. Only two months old, they have but a single track out already, and it possesses a rather interesting sound. A combination of trap percussion, funk grooves, misty mountain sound design, and ’90s sitcom anthem music made by a CASIO and basic instrumental samples (e.g., that pitched basic horn synth). Their music has a future funk vibe featuring what the Pure Pool guys describe as, “sparkling chords and arpeggios and bass like a bubble…hence the name – pure pool!”

For their latest, “Puppet Castle”, the guys added a touch of childhood. It’s fun, playful, and touches upon many elements of both Pure Pool and collaborator Deech‘s usual vibe. Their second effort is right on par with their first, leading me to believe the Pure Pool guys and, subsequently, Deech are going to stand out in 2016.

27th of April is the launch date for "Family". As you may guess, it’s made up out of our current ZenSupremacy roster. You can’t measure the amount of excitement we have bringing this artistic diversity to you. It’s our first time getting together in such a large-scaled project. But again, all of this wouldn't be possible without YOU, our friends and family.
