Melodic House lover from the West of Ireland, Gavin Rochford has gone from strength to strength. Winning Henry Saiz' Natura Sonoris label competition and releasing the track "All In Flavour" in 2020 was a milestone that continued momentum which had already started to build in the young artist's career. From his residency with Melodic Dublin which has seen him share line-ups with the likes of Sebastien Leger, Guy J and Nick Warren, to releasing on labels like Hoj & Lee Burridge's imprint Tale & Tone. With initial appearances on prestigious labels such as Shall Not Fade and Pont Neuf, DJ Psychiatre has made his mark on France’s electronic music scene in recent years. Now, he is set to release a new opus titled Glad To Be Back, which serves as a joyful return to the Parisian label. The EP comprises 4 club bangers blending progressive and piano house. By day a psychiatrist, by night a DJ, DJ Psychiatre stands out as a gem in the current French house music scene. His impressive discography includes releases on labels like Pont Neuf and Shall Not Fade. Ranging from nostalgic downtempo reminiscent of the genre's greats to the depths of club sounds, the Rennes-based producer asserts himself as one of the most exciting talents of his generation.

This week, we've not so far to travel. The Podcast has landed back in Dublin and one of her brightest and newest talents. Resident of one of the biggest nights in the capital, and releases on ICONYC & NaturaSonis under his belt already, we're sure this man is destined for big things. Sligo-born DJ and producer, Gavin Rochford has, over the last few years started to become a known contributor to the Progressive and Melodic scene with his production skills, while also pushing his DJ output in his current home of Dublin. Gavin can be found playing in clubs like Opium and Tengu with the Melodic Dublin crew, where he has become a trusted resident of their long running events and club night.
As a resident of Melodic, this has seen Gavin support some of the biggest names in melodic house, from Sebastien Leger and Matthias Meyer, to Guy J and Henry Saiz on a regular basis. This, coupled with his production skills, has seen Gavin release on labels like Sound Avenue, MNL, ICONYC and most recently, catching the eye of Henry Saiz‘ Natura Sonoris label, winning their Quarantine Demo competition and releasing a track on the label earlier this year.
