Dr Mendez is a French artist coming from Montpellier living in Australia. From Deep House, French House or Latin Tech House his style is very diverse but always warm.
After more than 10 years of Djing and Travelling, Dr Mendez has chosen this wonderful city of Sydney Australia to develop his live performance and production. He began to produce House music in 2016 when he was deeply influenced by Frankie Knuckles, Denis Cruz, Loco Dice, Bob Sinclar, Jamie Jones, Martin Solveig and Diplo.
He loves the House, the groove, the Latin vibe and likes to use piano, rhodes and lot of drums with his own style.
Many tracks are on the way, meanwhile you can catch him in the underground or at Warehouse Radio on Monday 8-10pm // Bondi Radio Sydney   !

Sydney space funk trio, The Goods, are Badmandela, Rosario & Black Tree. With the help of some friends, The Goods capture the energy of jamming and improvisation to create music that transports the listeners to a moment in time shared together on their new album 'II'. 

Musically and lyrically ‘II’ is about living in the moment. Each track harnesses the mood or vibration in the room at the time of its inception. The album features 20019's breakaway hit “Let’s Roll” featuring Touch Sensitive (Future Classic), a reminder that mood is about choice...if happiness is a state of mind then why not chose it? “Last Chance” is an invitation to take life by the horns because, in these uncertain times, one can’t take anything for granted. “Voodoo” is that one flame, whose flaws you overlook because they got the mojo while “Walking On Fire” is a nod to band's 80s heroes mixing the likes of Luther, D-Train, and Jam with a future club feel. "Peach" is an anthem for sexual liberation & at the same time being a cheeky funk jam. “Shots”, the album single was born at a jam at Touch Sensitive’s studio - Disco J rocks up a drum loop and turns it into a party! The Beastie Boys meets Marvin Gaye meet Anderson Paak in “Cassandra” resulting from a hang with The Goods’ friend Elliot Hammond of well known Australian band The Delta Riggs, while “Tell Me” is a sexy late night joint for those nights on the prowl. “Che Boog” is an ode to the sleazy funk of Parliament, Funkadelic and Prince , and lastly the Black Mirror inspired “Supersonic” is a tale from a time-travelling consciousness stuck in a dystopian 2020. 

Fueled by their mutual love of hip hop & house music and its intersection with the soul, boogie and jazz they grew up on, producers and multi instrumentalists Badmandela (Jarrol Renaud) & Rosario (Ross Ferraro) formed The Goods and released their self-titled album in 2016, drawing on their wealth of experience as producers and session musicians, having cut their teeth with artists the likes of Mac Miller, Charli XCX, Sampa The Great, Omar, and more. The album attracted the attention of and ultimate signing to Bastard Jazz (NYC) and led to the addition of talented vocalist Black Tree (Adele, Ngaiire, Taku + Wafia). In 2017, they released their runaway single 'Make Your Move' which garnered radio support from Triple J and Fbi, with the accompanying video featured on Rage as 'Wild One' of the week. The 2018 EP of the same name yielded the break-out streaming hit ‘Glow’ and solidified the band’s position as the foremost act in Sydney’s emerging electronic soul scene.

It’s impossible not to become infatuated with Gavin Turek. A disco queen for the modern era, Gavin Turek makes dance music that trades escapism for alchemy, transforming heartbreak and hurt into moments of absolute glory. Since first breaking through with her 2017 EP Good Look For You (hailed by Stereogum as “Studio 54-core for the 21st century”), the L.A.-born artist has matched her magnetic presence and mesmerizing vocals with songwriting that speaks an unguarded truth about her inner life—all while dazzling audiences across the globe with her deeply communal and party-like live show. For the latest chapter in a vibrant career that’s included collaborating with such eclectic artists as TOKiMONSTA and Mayer Hawthorne, touring with the likes of Hayley Kiyoko, and earning lavish acclaim from leading outlets like Rolling Stone, Vogue, NPR, and Spin, Gavin is now gearing up for the release of Diva of the People, her highly anticipated sophomore album and most visionary work to date. 
Raised on a melting pot of genres that still informs her sound today (classic soul and R&B, disco, ’70s funk, ’80s pop), Gavin grew up in a musical household and first started creating her own songs at age six. An accomplished dancer who incorporates plenty of free-flowing choreography into her live show (and who also DJs disco and house), Gavin lived abroad in India and Africa as part of her extensive dance training, but eventually returned to her lifelong passion for music. As she immersed herself in refining her vision, she put out Good Look For You via her own label Madame Gold Records, shared a series of one-off singles (including 2019’s “2AM” and its Lena Waithe-produced video), then made her full-length debut with the high-concept and boldly experimental Madame Gold (a critically lauded album produced by Childish Gambino collaborator Chris Hartz). With its title taken from a nickname bestowed on Gavin by a friend, Diva of the People wholly reflects the force-of-nature personality and intense sensitivity of an artist who identifies as “sonically nostalgic but emotionally available.” All throughout the album, Gavin brings the pure simplicity of timeless pop and groove-driven sound of disco to songs examining everything from the madness of technology addiction to the frustrations of dating in a culture bent on perfectibility.
