Trance is also what got me into electronic music. The first time I heard Johan Gielen at Trance Energy 2002, I was hooked. His set opened up a whole new world for me, and my life has been better for it.

Trance was the genre that really got me hooked on electronic music, with its big, beautiful and energetic sound. After reading ID&T's story in "Celebrate Life" a few weeks ago, I put on Rank 1's live recording from Sensation 2001. That atmosphere, the tension, those melodies! Even with the low quality of the stream, I felt totally immersed in the experience.

Inspiration took over, and I immediately translated it into this track. Because of its legacy sound, I'm not making it a regular release, but here's a free download for you to enjoy :)
