Originario de la zona de Róterdam, Illused ha estado influenciado desde su adolescencia por los sonidos de hard grooves y gabber, gracias a que sus padres también fueron ravers. A los 17 años asistió a su primer rave, una experiencia que lo marcó de inmediato.

Su estilo se caracteriza por mantener un ritmo constante, combinado con sintetizadores eufóricos, voces sutiles y un flujo bailable. Construye sus sets con un ritmo que aumenta progresivamente, priorizando que su música se perciba como puro techno, sin incluir elementos de hardcore o raw, pero siempre manteniendo la energía en movimiento.

Actualmente, encuentra en el “Bochka Techno” una inspiración clave, al considerarlo uno de los pocos estilos de techno que sigue un camino único dentro del mundo mainstream más intenso y agresivo.

Originally from the Rotterdam area, this artist has been influenced by the sounds of hard grooves and gabber since adolescence, thanks to having parents who were also former ravers. At 17, they attended their first rave, an experience that left an immediate and lasting impression.

Their style is defined by a consistent rhythm, blended with euphoric synths, subtle vocals, and a danceable flow. They build their sets with an increasingly faster pace, prioritizing a sound that feels like pure techno—avoiding hardcore or raw elements while keeping the energy relentless.

Currently, they draw key inspiration from “Bochka Techno,” which they see as one of the few techno styles forging a unique path in the more intense and aggressive mainstream scene.

Entangled in the mystery of silicon patches, Oviru Eyro tells the story of sonic organisms transcending diapasons across parageographic scapes. An expanding dance floor fantasy, its ephemeral rhythmic structures shake newly born paradigms, awakening a hypnotic, ontological journey of self-exploration. 
Directed inward, the voyage begins with Oviru and concludes in Eyro, completing a 10-track arc with perfectly measured, circular form. Groovy yet abstract, the release casts new meridians from its pulsating bass core, drawing listeners into a space of distant familiarity - eventually dissolving in the deep-processed palette of its own sound.
