Prophet

First I programmed simple one track synth (A4) sequence. Then I started jamming with my stratstyle guitar along synth sound and recorded the piece with Tascam DP-006. 
I used only Roland Gk-3 heksaphonic pickup in my guitar and it was connected into Boss GP-10 guitar processor.

After Parties

Using my laptop and an old Yamaha Cassette 8-track I layed down some rhythm tracks (drums, hihats, cymbals etc)and then layered a bass line on top and them I simply improvised a solo over the top with my trusty American Special Stratocaster! I admit, some parts aren't perfect and I could've edited the bad bits out etc but to keep with the spirit of Jazz & Blues I kept the improvisation complete "the way it happened" as the purists would prefer...!!

vocal jam on my (self made) mouth bow accompaniment with a bit flute. enJoy ! ... with this lot of echo it has been a bit like a canon :) - and, since I always try the overtone vocals, regard the nice part in 2:21: what sounds like whistling is the neat and clean overtone of the voice ;-)

Hi,
My name is Daniel James Rees. I'm originally from Sydney Australia but grew up in Auckland, New Zealand and have lived in Perth, Cairns and now reside in Brisbane enjoy playing guitar a great deal....especially Blues/Rock. Not very confident with my singing yet, still experimenting. 

Thanks also for taking the time to listen to me. I'd love it if anyone out there feels like adding some vocals, a bass line, maybe some keyboards or whatever else takes your fancy!! No rules really. The only rule I go by is "Does it sound good? -Yes, then keep it...No, then trash it!"...

I have also dabbled and recorded with loops and samples to create some Minimal Techno under the name of "Love Atom" if you're interested!!
I've got a great deal of lyrics without music and a lot of music without lyrics....ideas all over the place. 

Recently I've been doing some home recording and just seeing what happens really.

I love jamming as well...if you happen to live in the Brisbane area (I live in Morningside) and would like to meet up for a jam please message me anytime and I'll try to meet up with you somehow. Unfortunately I don't have a car at the moment but I'll do my best to meet up.
