DJ Eric Paul G(E P G) is a DJ/Music producer,multi instrumentalist who grew up in the South section of the Bronx NY. From the very beginning Eric has always had a love for music. Eric has graced the scene at many giant step Partys w long time buddy DJ Jazzy Nice. He has mixed in venues such as Vinyl NYC w Tony Humpries, Louie Vega spinning on main flr, Saffire lounge NYC, sunday resident DJ @ Kush Lounge NYC, Roxy NYC and many more. Today Eric brings us his music with all the influences from his upbringing, A sheer blend of funk, jazz and Latin soul vibes straight from the heart. Eric is a self taught keyboard, guitar, percussion player as well as a trained certified Audio Engineer and Sound Designer.

In this episode, I focused my selections on Soulful tracks to remind all my listeners that House Music's foundation is based on Black music, derived from Soul, Funk & Syncopation of Disco Music. Indeed, this important contribution as with so-many other factors is why we celebrate and remember "Black History Month". It is also an important reminder that in the midst of all the electronic offsprings that have multiplied throughout the decades, historically speaking it is important to listen and learn your music history if you are a true lover of House Music.

That being said, this mix is paced with some Jazzy House tunes throughout, some familiar and some not. Please give a warm welcome to DJ Phoolish Roc, from my hometown of Brooklyn, NY! My musical brother has a style of his own and has been spinning for over 12 years but you will hear a much more mature sound with the dancers in-mind. What makes Phoolish that more of a special DJ is that he is a dancer and that puts him ahead of the curve, as he plays how he would want to hear the tracks and is relentless with his transitions.
