We would like to present you Vertrek - Deep Forest Member and DJ based in Hanover [GER]

His sound is influenced by energetic and fast Trance, Hardtrance, Acid, Hardtechno and Tekno. He thinks that the most important part of making music is to tell a story and to take people on a journey.
His DJ-Career startet with a gift from a good friend, whom gifted him his first controller. This happened at the beginning of the pandemic and changed his life forever.

He is part of the Deep Forest and Need For Speed collective.

This set was really fun to record – it’s got a spanish-infused groove with some reggaeton vibes here and there. I usually play hard techno, but this time I let myself be inspired by the music I enjoy with my brother and my mom – we love listening to reggaeton together.

☼ Groovy Spanish vibes ☼

Christoph, known as Hess, is a 25-year-old artist from Ravensburg with a strong passion for Raw/Hypnotic Groove Techno 🎶. His mission is to share the essence of this music and its liberating, positive vibe with the crowd, always staying true to his motto #TechnoIstTeamsport 🤝 “Techno is a team sport.”

His love for electronic music began in childhood, when The Prodigy 🔥 played on repeat in his parents’ car. During his teenage years, this spark reignited, and he started curating playlists that went beyond arranging tracks and instead told a story. This storytelling approach still defines his DJ sets today, which are dynamic, energetic, and infused with hypnotic rhythms that blend playful details with driving energy to create immersive soundscapes.
So far, Hess has released eight sets on SoundCloud ☁️ and performed at public parties as well as established venues such as Club Douala in Ravensburg, Schwarzer Adler, and Gewölbekeller Weingarten. With every performance, his goal is to make Techno not just something to hear, but something to feel ✨ as a collective experience that unites people on the dancefloor.
