VERYS, previously known as ÆRES, is a 20-year old talent who mixes various types of tracks, from hard industrial techno to hard schranz with influences of hardcore in it, which makes his sets refreshingly unique. Besides the hard industrial, VERYS also loves to focus on ambience and emotional/melodic leads. The atmosphere-creating sounds he loves to use, will blow away anyone, anytime.

"This recording was about overcoming my own preconceived boundaries. Music works best when played intuitively and this is the result. A 1 hour set/podcast is always a bit different than a club gig. Berlin-based uprising talent and vinyl enthusiast Freigeist is the next to be hosted on this format.
He is a true connoisseur of the soundscapes that shaped electronic music during the 1990s and
2000s and has made himself a name in the local clubbing scene in Berlin over the last years.
Depending on the occasion you can witness him play everything from raw House grooves, Electro,
Breaks, bubbling Acid, Experimental and massaging Dubs to diverse currents of Techno.
Before each gig you will find him digging through all of his almost 2,000 records - always trying to
capture a unique selection.
His interest in music spans from playful early and mid-nineties stuff to the freshest grooves of
today. With his vinyl only approach, he’s creating a unique time travel techno experience that
transports the listener on a sonic journey through the ages. Being a child of the night and following
his philosophy “if the music is too good, you won’t be able stop”, he coined the term closing for
many people and is known for taking you on emotional rides with his extended sets. From long
forgotten tracks from past eras, to hidden gems and eternal classics - shedding tears and smiles 
guaranteed.

Ron Albrecht began his musical career in the early nineties. His first trips to Berlin clubs like "Tresor", "Bunker" and "E-Werk" made him switch from being a regular music consumer to discovering the field of performing and DJ-ing. Obligatory visits of Germany’s possibly most popular record shops back then, such as the "Hardwax" in Berlin and "Container Records" in Hamburg, led Ron Albrecht to finding is very own style. Inspired by national and international scene experts like Tanith, Rok, Kid Paul and Jeff Mills, just to name a few, it was time to come out into the open for the first time in 1993.

Over the years he played his music in almost every club in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, but he didn't stop there. Performances at music festivals such as the Fusion (2000, 2006, 2013), SMS (2005, 2006) and Melt (2000) as well as appearances in many well known clubs, e.g. Tresor Berlin, Ultraschall Munich, Phonodrome and Waagenbau Hamburg, Muna Bad Klosterlausnitz and most recently Berghain Berlin, maintain his musical career. While his sets of modern sound always make for variety, it is important to artist to always enrich his music by refering to the origins of techno and house.

Between 1997 and 2002 Ron Albrecht additionally worked as a producer together with his associate Thomas Kuffner, releasing several records under the labels "Sind Records" and "ElektronikParlament". He also worked as co-operator of the "EasytraxxRecordstores" in Schwerin from 1995 to 2006.

Above all, his name is still closely connected to the old-established GERBEREI club in Schwerin, which the co-founder, organizer and resident ran from 1994 until its closing in 2013.

"Brothers in Mind", a DJ and producer collaboration, is another one of Ron Albrechts projects which he puts into practice together with his longtime friend Stefan Rein.
Their newest musical output can be found under their label PURE - "Tatort"

Trust ist seit knapp 3 Jahren Teil vom Escape Kollektiv in Magdeburg und seit 5 Jahren fleißig hinter den Decks am Start. Inspiriert von der lokalen Magdeburger Technoszene und der Freude, Musik mit Freunden zu teilen, hat sich der Drang entwickelt, selbst Musik zu spielen. Von dem Zeitpunkt an tobt er sich musikalisch zuerst auf Open Airs und im Laufe der Zeit in Clubs aus. Immer auf der Suche nach den passenden Grooves und Harmonien, lässt er die Grenzen zwischen Techno, House & Trance verschmelzen.
