I've been meaning to do a suspenseful cover of this show's crisis theme for a long time now, and after watching some more episodes, as well as finally watching the Scooby Doo crossover, I've finally gotten up to do it.

No midi assistance this time around, it helped a lot that the basic melody itself only consists of two notes. There's a lot of power in the amount of impact it has, regardless, especially from how the show does  a good job at carrying it, with several situational variants of this track, so I figured I'd go all out in following suit. The grungy guitar noises are from Kirby Super Star Ultra's soundfont.

Again this is more BGM for a future YTP project, with each different arrangement possibly getting purposed for different scenes. It loops twice before hitting an especially dire ending.

With that, this originally wasn't going to be released any time soon, but the show's 23rd anniversary JUST happened to roll around ONLY A DAY after finishing the remix, So I quickly got to work on not only making an album cover for this release, but also drawing Courage for the first time! Take a look!

So I discovered this meme within the last few days, and I'm a sucker for those harmonies. I think I literally just like the song more than I like its meme potential. Isn't that like kind of a thing with the Zoomer generation's memes? I feel like you can kind of tell when a meme is exclusively Zoomer produced because the content is more likely to have potential for creativity, y'know what'm sayin'? It's kind of like how the last of Gen X or perhaps that first wave of millennials created Rage Comics 'n shit. ...Meanwhile the last wave is all about fuckinnn' "me and the boys looking for beans at 3am" over top of some spooky silhouette things running through a hallway. Not to say that Zoomers don't like these things as well, but I feel like the concentration of us is smaller. (Edit: LOL shut up loser, you're WRONG. Our peers are ALSO fucking LAME)

Anyways, about the MIDI itself; I sequenced everything that you hear in that 40 second video, the one that had Vocaloid Doge in it. Then I felt the need to do more. SO, I went looking for a MIDI of this song. I accidentally downloaded something called "Doremi" (which I'll probably look into later), and then the real one. 
While fucking around with that, and I heard the drums kick in, my brain started firing on the bass line cylinder, so I ended up writing up an original bass line from where the kick/snares come in all the way to the end. After that, I decided that trying to alter what someone else had written would feel too stifling in this instance for what I wanted to do with it, so I exported the drums and my bass line, then wrote the rest of the sequence using that MIDI as a reference point. This proved a bit annoying at times because there's that syncopation around Measure 18 which fucks the entire rest of the song up. 

But uhh anyway. In other words, everything here was sequenced by me except for the drums. Also, I got that image from some really shitty remix some guy made last year. It was shit lol
but the thumb was genius so I stole it.

I am Geibuchan. I have been an esteemed video remixer for over 15 years.

Visuals are my main forte, but I've recently picked up on making video game BGM arrangements for my upcoming videos.

And I say that loosely since most of them are built with pre-existing midis and game soundfonts and samples. I will not be making a profit off these as a result, but I'll usually work to arrange the sequences from there, often making it a point to have the instrumentation hit as hard as I can muster.

Before I stopped using tumblr, I would usually just upload these there, but I think I've come along pretty well since then.
