Yasmeen Quintana, is a singer/songwriter born in Spain, her mother is Argentinian and her father was from Palestine. She started singing in France, where she grew up. She was part of several Hip Hop, Soul and Gospel bands back there, such as “Terrain d’Entente”, “Gospelize It”, “Gospel Soul Mass Choir”. 
Nowadays, she’s based in Barcelona where she is developing her career as a vocal leader in “Soulseando”, “Just for Funk” and she’s also part of “-7-“a new Hip Hop group formed by the Producers Odiwan Freenobi and MC’s from New York, France and Sweden. The first EP “Calm after the Storm” was released in may 2016.

Yasmeen has performed at various festivals and live events across France, Spain and UK over the last 3 years. She is often invited by the Cuban pianist and composer Eliane Correa, to sing and perform songs out of her Project called “En El Aire”, in London. 
She studied, music, performance and dance since the age of 6 but she is more a self taught artist. Coming from a family of various origins she always immersed herself in different cultures mostly Latin culture. However it’s in the Gospel, the Soul and the Jazz that she found her way and today she tries to develop her creativity and her performances by mixing these two genres.
