I/O's debut, released on Lindsey's 27th birthday, September 21, 2013. As Lindsey was catalyst in rejuvenating our interest in production and she is the reason we have come together, we just knew that Stars Align had to be a major feature of our beginnings. This mix is a resequenced fusion of Lindsey Stirling's studio cut - with guitars, bass and extra drum programming by Michael Leopard, and arrangement and build, synthesizer and keyboards by Tom Piggott (Gaurueder). As the name implies, the sound of this mix is often rather loud and rambunctious, sometimes almost over saturated. We wanted it to have more of the feel of an open session mix, rather than an album cut.
