巡る季節のさまざまな現象や、仄かな気配を音にしたような景色的な音楽。

2022年リリースされたMeadowのアルバムや、田辺玄とharuka nakamuraのユニットorbeのアルバムなどで楽曲を共作するなど、近年共に音づくりを重ねている2人が初のコラボレーション作品をつくった。

大分と山梨。
二つの異なる地で山や里を近くに感じながら暮らし音を紡いできたMeadowと田辺玄が、今作をつくる上での共通言語は”land”
丘や山や土地の空気や気配。
そこにはある一定の冷たさと、巡る季節の仄かなあたたかさを携えている。

雪溶けの水が山を流れる、やわらかな草が風を受けて揺れる、始めの鳥が鳴き始める。
山肌や、土の層、水面に揺れる模様、質感やマテリアル感を感じるサウンドづくりは、
互いの楽曲を持ち寄り、それぞれが色彩をつけ、
軽妙なコンビネーションによって形づくられていった。

楽曲制作、アレンジ、演奏などすべて2人で行い、時にはその場でアイディアとサウンドを出し合い、録音されてゆく。それぞれの個性を発揮しつつも、新たな世界観がどこまでも広がる今作。

それぞれの土地、さまざまな季節や時間。風や温度の中で心地よく響くことを願って。
