Hi Richard on the eve of 26 July 2024 I sent you a message via gene key for you to email me .My heart started to slow down to the point of no return from 11pm-4am I was astro travelling ,and awoke with in my chair at the care home I work at.I don't remember wat I seen but I was gone for 6hrs.Im still in Awe about it .

As a gesture of deep gratitude to you for supporting my work and the Gene Keys this past year, I have made this little meditation, which I hope you will enjoy. For me, it carries the essence of my soul teaching. If you know someone in difficulty, maybe it will help them come back to their own soul. So please enjoy and do share it with those you care for and love…
