This is the part where you re-invent yourself. It's time to get tested, to test your will, your endurance, it’s time to test your heart, to test your limits. It’s about no days off, No weekends, no holidays, no birthdays. Listen to me! No days off! It’s about gaining the competitive edge. You can’t afford to make excuses. No excuses! when you feel pain. And trust me, you will feel it. And all you wanna do is give up and all you wanna do is give in. When you feel like you’ve given all you got…you gotta take one more step, you gotta run one more lap, you gotta throw one more punch. Until you reach the top.

I want you to deal with what you fear.

You’re no one. This is your beginning but this doesn’t have to be your end. Get off the ground. Come on! You came from nothing without faith! You are still special! Is it beyond our reach? I’m not afraid. I’m angry. You can’t give in!

Behind every fear is the person you want to be. Fear is self imposed, mean it doesn’t exist. You create it, you can destroy it. You face your fears and become the person you want to be. You run from your fears, you’re not living. You are alive, but you not dig in the freedom. You are not running the day, the day is running you. We all fall down in life. The question is : who gets back up?

You don’t owe these people anymore. You’ve given them everything. Not everything. Not yet.

And I’ve seen now what I would have to become to stop men like him. If you make yourself more than just a man…if you devote yourself to an ideal…and if they can’t stop you, then you become something else entirely. Legend.

You go after it and you give it all you have. If you lose it, at least you tried, man! I failed is ten times more a man than someone said what if? Because what if never went to the arena! That’s called courage. Now that’s the stuff leaders should be made of! You think something wrong maybe its time to stop. No, its time to move free and further! Mentally you must believe before you physically start.

I choose to rise, not fall! I choose to live, not die! Today will be that day! Not tomorrow, not next week, but right now, right here! Belief will change my world! History will remember me! I will define myself. I will never go home, not without giving everything i have got! Because who am i? I am the champion!

I choose to fight back!

All you need now is a little imagination. Your imagination got you where you wanna be believe it or not. It is a preview of your lifetime coming attractions. If you can’t imagine what its gonna be, don’t ever expect physically looking into the mirror and see it.

Motivational - Unstoppable

Rise and shine, it’s 6am and your hand can’t make it to the alarm clock before the voices in your head start telling you that it’s too early, too dark, and too cold to get out of bed. Aching muscles lie still in rebellion pretending not to hear your brain commanding them to move, a legion of voices are shouting their unanimous permission for you to hit the snooze button and go back to dream land, but you didn’t ask their opinion. The voice you’ve chosen to listen to is one of defiance, a voice that says there was a reason that you set that alarm in the first place. So sit up put your feet on the floor and don’t look back because we have work to do, welcome to the grind. 

For what is each day but a series of conflicts between the right way and the easy way, 10,000 streams fan out like a river delta before you with each one promising the path of least resistance, the thing is you’re headed up stream and when you make that choice, when you decide to turn your back on what’s comfortable, what’s safe, and what would call common since, well that’s day one. From there it only gets tougher, so just make sure this is something that you want, because the easy way out will always be there ready to wash you away, all you have to do is pick up your feet. 

But you aren’t going to are you, with each step comes the decision to take another you’re on your way now, but this is no time to dwell on how far you have come. You’re in a fight against an opponent you can’t see but o you can feel them on your heels cant you, feel them breathing down your neck, you know what that is, that’s you. Your fears, your doubts, your insecurities all lined up like a firing squad ready to shoot you out of the sky, but don’t lose heart, though they are not easily defeated they are far from invincible.
 
Remember, this is the grind, the battle royal between you and your mind, your body, and the devil on your shoulder who’s telling you that this is just a game, this is just a waste of time; your opponents are stronger than you. Drown out the voice of uncertainty with the sound of your own heart beat, burn away yourself doubt with a fire lit beneath you, remember what we’re fighting for and never forget that momentums a cruel mistress she can turn on a dime or the smallest mistake she is ever searching for a weak place in your armor, that one tiny thing that you forgot to prepare for.

So as long as the devil is hiding the details the question remains, is that all you got, are you sure? And when the answer is yes and when you have done all you can to prepare yourself for battle then it’s time to go forth and boldly face your enemy, the enemy within.

Only now you must take that fight into the open, into hostile territory, you’re a lion in a field of lions all hunting the same elusive prey with a desperate starvation that says victory is the only thing that can keep you alive. So believe that voice that says you can run a little faster and you can throw a little harder and that for you the laws of physics are merely a suggestion.

Luck is the last dying wish of those who wanna believe that winning can happen by accident, sweat on the other hand is for those who know it’s a choice, so decide now because destiny waits for no man. And when your time comes and a thousand different voices are trying to tell you you’re not ready for it, listen instead for that lone voice in decent the one that says you are ready, you are prepared, it’s all up to you now, so rise and shine.

Motivational - Rise And Shine

There will never be a point in your time — in your life — where it’s the right time to do a great thing. If you’re waiting for that perfect perfect moment, that perfect timing, it’s not going to happen. You know what you have to do? You have to create the perfect time, and the perfect opportunity, and the perfect situation.

So a lot of people become comfortable. They stop growing, they stop wanting anything, they become satisfied.

People getting ready to go to jobs that they don’t like, jobs that are making them sick. You see when you are not pursuing your goal, you are literally committing spiritual suicide. When you have some goal out here that you are stretching for and reaching for that takes you out of your comfort zone, you’ll find out some talents and abilities you have that you didn’t know you have.

When the messenger of misery visits you, what are you going to do? What will keep you in the game.

There are things that you think you’ll never need to know. That you may only need to know one time in your life, but that could save your life because you had that knowledge.

Unless you attempt to do something beyond that, which you’ve already mastered, you will never grow. What is it that you looked at, at some point in time and you decided that you couldn’t do it, that you talk yourself out of it.

You’re waiting on your next door neighbor to make it happen for you, it may not happen. If you’re waiting on your mother, or your father, they may be so ancient in their thinking, that they don’t understand this opportunity that you have. And if you’re waiting on them it may never get done.

You don’t beg average people to be phenomenal. You don’t beg good people to be phenomenal. You just are PHENOMENAL, and you will attract phenomenal.

What reason can you remember, that you can call on, that you can reach on, that can make you get back up. Find that reason.

If you’re not where you are. If you’re not where you want to be. If you don’t have what you want, want to have. If you’re not where you think you should be at this particular place. It has nothing to do with the system, but it has everything to do with the fact that you’re not making the sacrifice.

I want you to make that dream become a reality, because if you don’t, you will be working for somebody else to make their dreams become a reality.

And everybody is against you, or don’t believe in you no more. And let me tell you something, that’s a lonely feeling. That’s a lonely feeling. Particularly people that you are doing it for.

Most people take their greatness, take their ideas to the graveyard with them.

Listen to me, if it was easy, everybody would do it. There are people right now who are working who don’t want to work. There are people who hate their jobs, but they keep getting up to do it.

The wealthiest place on the planet, is the graveyard. Because in the graveyard we will find inventions that we never ever were exposed to. Ideas, dreams, that never became reality. Hopes and aspirations that were never acted upon.

The question is what are you going to do with your time. What drives you. Greatness is a lot of small things done well. Day, after day. Workout after workout. Obedience after obedience. Day after day.

When things don’t work out for you. When things happen that you could not anticipate. What are the reasons that you can think of that can keep you strong.

You will never ever be successful, until you turn your pain into greatness, until you allow your pain to push you from where you are to push you to where you need to be. Stop running from your pain and embrace your pain. Your pain is going to be a part of your prize, a part of your product. I challenge you to push yourself.

See it’s easy to be on the bottom, it doesn’t take any effort to be a loser. It doesn’t take any motivation and any drive in order to stay down there on a low level. But it calls on everything in you. You have to harness your will to say I’m going to challenge myself.

I mean that what you did last week don’t count. Today today is the only important day. There are eighty-six thousand, four hundred seconds in a day and how you use those are critical. You got eighty-six thousand, four hundred today and what you do today is going to cement who you are. Nobody gonna talk about what you did last week.

Yet the biggest enemy that you have to deal with is yourself. There’s an old African proverb that says “If there’s no enemy within, the enemy outside can do us no harm.”

You have this opportunity of a lifetime. It means absolutely nothing if you don’t take advantage of it in the lifetime of this opportunity.

I got a saying that when life knocks you down, try to land on your back, because if you can look up, you can get up. If you want a thing bad enough to go out and fight for it, to work day and night for it, to give up your time and your peace and your sleep for it. If all that you dream and scheme is about it. And life seems useless and worthless without it.

See it’s time now. If you want to make this your decade, you’ve to start saying yes to your life. You’ve got to start saying yes to your dreams. Yes to your unfolding future. Yes to your potential. As opposed to saying no.

When you die, die on E. Leave no dream left behind guys. Leave no opportunity left behind. When you leave this earth, accomplish every single thing you can accomplish.

Listen to me, you’re going to be here one day, but you’ll never get here if you give up, if you give in, if you quit. And finally guys, you gotta wanna succeed, as BAD, as you wanna, BREATH.

Motivational - Sacrifice

I don’t know what that dream is that you have. I don’t care how disappointing it might’ve been as you’ve been working toward that dream. But that dream that you’re holding in your mind. That it's possible!

That some of you already know. That it’s hard, it’s not easy. It’s hard changing your life. That in the process, of working on your dreams you are going to incur in a lot of disappointment. A lot of failure. A lot of pain.

There are moments when you’re gonna doubt yourself. You said God “why, why is this happening to me? I’m just trying to take care of my children and my mother, I’m not trying to steal or rob from anybody. How does this have to happen to me?”. For those of you that have experience some hardships, Don’t give up on your dream. There’re rough times are gonna come, but they have not come to stay! they have come to pass!

Greatness, is not this wonderful, esoteric, illusive, God-like feature that only the special among us will ever taste. It’s something that truly exist, in all of us. it's very important for you to believe, that you are the one.

Most people they raise a family they earn a living and then they die. They stop growing, they stop working on themselves, they stop stretching, they stop pushing themselves, Then a lot of people like to complain but they don’t wanna do anything about their situation. And most people don’t work on their dream, “why?” One is because of fear, the fear of failure. “What if things don’t work out?”. And the fear of success “what if they do and I can’t handle it?” These are not risk taker.

You spent so much time with other people, You spent so much time trying to get people to like you. You know other people more than you know yourself. You studied them. You know about them. You want hang out like them. You want to be just like them. And you know what? You’ve invested so much time on them. You don’t know who you are. I’m challenge you to spent your time by yourself.

It's necessary that you get the losers out of your life if you want to live your dream.

But people who are running towards their dreams, life have a special kind of meaning.

When you become the right person. What you do is you start separating yourself from other people. You begin to have a certain uniqueness. As long as you follow on other people. As long as you being a copy cat. you will never ever be the best copy cat in the world. But you will be the best you could be, I’m challenge you to define your value.

That everybody won’t see it, that everybody won’t join you, that everybody won’t have the vision it's necessary to know that. That you are an uncommon breed. It's necessary that you align yourself with people and attract people into your business. Who are hungry! People who are unstoppable and unreasonable, People who are rebuilding to live life just as it is and who want more! The people that are living their dream are party winners, to attach themselves to. The people that are living their dreams, are the people that know That if it's gonna happen it's up to them. If you want to be more successful, If you want have and do stuff you never done before, I’m asking you, to invest in you!

Someone’s opinion of you, does not have to become your reality. That you don’t have to go through life, being a victim. And even though you face disappointment, you have to know within yourself. That I can do this even if no one else sees it for me, I must see it for myself.

This is what I believe and I’m willing to die for it, period. No matter how bad it is or how bad it gets, I’m going to make it!

I wanna represent an idea, I wanna represent possibilities. There’re some of you right now, you want to go to next level. I want a council, I want to be an engineer, I want to be a doctor listen to me. You can’t get to that level. You can’t get that level economically where you want to be, until you start invest in your mind. You are not reading books. I challenge you all to go to the conference! I dare you to invest time! I dare you to be alone! I dare you spent an hour to get to know yourself. When you become who you are. When you become the person that you are created to be, designed to be who you were designed to be. When you become an individual. What you do is you take yourself and you start separating yourself from other people. I’m challenging you, to get to the place where people do not like you or do not even bother you no more. Why? Because you are not concerned to make them happy. Because you try to blow, you try to the next level. I need you to invest in your mind.

If you still talking about your dream. If you still talking about your goals. But you have not done anything. Just take the first step! You can make your parent proud. You can make your school proud. You can touch millions of people’s lives and the world will never be the same again, Because you came this way. Don’t let nobody steal your dream!

After we face a rejection and a NO or we have meeting and no one shows up. Or somebody said, you can count on me, and they don’t come through. What if we had that kind of attitude that cause reposes, nobody believes in you. You’ve lost again, and again, and again! The lights are cut off. But you still looking at your dream, reviewing it everyday and saying to yourself: It is not over, until I WIN!

I’m sorry, but I don’t want to be an emperor. That’s not my business. I don’t want to rule or conquer anyone. I should like to help everyone - if possible - Jew, Gentile - black man - white. We all want to help one another. Human beings are like that. We want to live by each other’s happiness - not by each other’s misery. We don’t want to hate and despise one another. In this world there is room for everyone. And the good earth is rich and can provide for everyone. The way of life can be free and beautiful, but we have lost the way.

Greed has poisoned men’s souls, has barricaded the world with hate, has goose-stepped us into misery and bloodshed. We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in. Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want. Our knowledge has made us cynical. Our cleverness, hard and unkind. We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery we need humanity. More than cleverness we need kindness and gentleness. Without these qualities, life will be violent and all will be lost....

The airplane and the radio have brought us closer together. The very nature of these inventions cries out for the goodness in men - cries out for universal brotherhood - for the unity of us all. Even now my voice is reaching millions throughout the world - millions of despairing men, women, and little children - victims of a system that makes men torture and imprison innocent people.

Let us fight for a new world - a decent world that will give men a chance to work - that will give youth a future and old age a security. By the promise of these things, brutes have risen to power. But they lie! They do not fulfill that promise. They never will!

Dictators free themselves but they enslave the people! Now let us fight to fulfill that promise! Let us fight to free the world - to do away with national barriers - to do away with greed, with hate and intolerance. Let us fight for a world of reason, a world where science and progress will lead to all men’s happiness. Soldiers! in the name of democracy, let us all unite!

Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place, and i don’t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit. it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!

Pain is temporary. It may last for a minute or an hour or a day, or even a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If i quit however, it will lasts forever.

The margin for error is so small..I mean, one half a step too late or too early, and you don’t quite make it. One half second too slow, too fast, you don’t quite catch it. The inches we need are everywhere around us. They’re in every break of the game, every minute, every second.

You got a dream, you gotta protect it. People can't do something themselves they wanna tell you, you can't do it. If you want something, go get it. Period.

Don’t be afraid to fail. You can't always win, but don’t be afraid of making decisions.

You have to believe that something different can happen. he who says he can and he who says he can't are both usually right.

That most of you say you want to be successful, but you don’t want it bad. You just kinda want it. You don’t want it bad than you want to party. You don’t want it as much as you want to be cool. Most of you don’t want success as much as you want to sleep!

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.

You have to dig deep down, dig deep down and ask yourselves, who do you want to be? Figuring out for yourselves what makes you happy, no matter how crazy it may sound to the people. Make a choice. Like.. just decide, what is gonna be, who you’re gonna be, how you are going to do it. Just decide.

Why not? Why can't i be the MVP of the league? Why can't i be the best player in the league? I don’t see why. Why, why can't i do that?

What is it you said to the kid? It ain't about how hard you're hit, it's about how you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. Get up! Get up and don’t ever give up.

And we can stay here, get the shit kicked out of us…or we can fight our way back into the light. We can climb out of hell…one inch at a time.

To be able at any moment, to sacrifice what you are for what you will become. Most of you won’t be successful because when you’re studying, and you get tired, you quit. I don’t do well in math, you’re right, because you never studied! I’m not good in writing. Because you never written before!

Talent you have naturally. Skill is only developed by hours and hours and hours of beating on your craft. If you are not making someone else’s life better, then you’re wasting you time. Don’t cry to give up, cry to keep going. Don’t cry to quit, you’re already in pain. you’re already hurt. Get a rewards from it. Now If you know what you’re worth, then go and get what you’re worth! But you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him or her or anybody! Cowards do that, and that ain’t you! you’re better than that!

Because everyday is a new day. Every moment is a new moment. So now you’ve got to go out and show them that you are a different creature. Now! I’ma show you how great I’m!
