'Noone St. Encounter' and all associated works were created, produced and compiled on unceded Aboriginal land. General Merchant acknowledges that it operates on stolen land, belonging to the Gadigal and Wangal people of the Eora Nation, and we pay our respects to Aboriginal elders past, present and emerging.

‘Noone St. Encounter’ sonically depicts ex-terrestrial-isms that stem from an obsession of other worldly life forms. Rxex utilises modular synthesis to create atmospheres that are both biologically familiar and alien to the human ear. Probing beyond the outer orbits of the sound-solar system, Rxex incorporates psy-fi fantasy bass-abductionism to create a unique and varied sound that is informed by a distinctive modular synthesis. 

The release features an excellent remix by Naarm based Homelander that operates as a more functional dancefloor track to round out the EP.

For its 3rd compilation, Blue Night Jungle dives deeper into the french mental music scene. Enhancing the underground metamorphosis of a new way of conjuring trance within electronic musics, it welcomes a batch of new artists (Beatrice M., RAVL, Vanda Forte, Paul Rêve, Tampo, Orchid, NOGE, Kick21, Solma, Khey Mysterio, Cléo II) but also spare room for known figures of the label (Smogo, Drawbridge, Trois-Quarts Taxi System or Boskøw). Going from deep tribe adventures to dark DnB paths, jungle and trance experiments, it gathers this whole new "mental" scene of french parties for a long journey through the depths of unknown jungles.

The Italian producer experiments with texture throughout, utilising sub-bass pressure and layered polyrhythms to bind the listener in a continually warping flow.
