His discipline as a Promoter has allowed for his very prominent party brand Hindsight to be a sold out occasion across the UK and Europe, as it has played host to many a sold out venue in the South West, in the capital at Ministry Of Sound and even further still in Ibiza and far out as Australia. Backed furthermore by World class, full on and throughly energetic and entertaining DJ performances, it's a pleasure to welcome Nick to the show.

Following him, certainly one of hard music's more adventurous and creative participants, one could say a truly Gothic showman, with all the showmanship and talent to back it up; D4RK. D4RK's been brilliantly engineering, manipulating and mashing up the hardest and fastest of beats since as far back as we can remember, with both D4RK tracks and singles making an explosive boom on a couple of noteworthy CD compilation albums, one of which more recently being the best selling Hard Dance Ibiza collection for which in previous years, he has also been a regular. Smashing through all musical boundaries and starting 2012 as he means to go on, the now widely supported and favoured DJ, Producer and Promoter Generator continues on a relentless production and release schedule with the announcement of his fifth atmosphere building vocal experience, ‘Little Spys’. Now consistent with his mantra of regularly producing powerhouse anthems, Generators latest creative effort featuring a very familiar indie rock vocal, gets an MP3 and WAV format digital download only release via Scott Attrill’s Traffic Records through all good online retailers including Beatport, Trackitdown and iTunes on Monday 12th March 2012.

Generator’s debut production ‘Diesel’ reached a top five chart position on Track It Down’s infamous hard dance chart, followed by sophomore effort ‘Chains’ which received equal acclaim from critics and DJ’s alike. This was then amply rounded off with the feverish release of hat trick recording ‘Sexually Infected’’, which fetched glowing feedback from the likes of industry heroes Scott Attrill, Cally & Juice, Tommie Quick, Luca Antolini, BK and Anne Savage.

Generator’s first two singles were released via popular South Coast based hard dance outlet Implosion Digital, owned and operated by DJ / Producer John Black and featuring hard edged dance music dons the Organ Donors on the executive team. Both tracks received a wealth of support across the board from hard dance royalty with the third single release being signed to international leader of the hard electrik movement Scott Attrill’s Traffic Records outlet, only serving to further the ‘smash through’ artist’s profile amongst the hard dance contingent. ‘Sexually Infected’ went on to secure a Top 10 position once more on Track It Down’s esteemed hard dance chart, with much support and favourable reviews from such industry pundits as Alex Kidd, BK and many more.

Generator then followed this up with the infectious bass line stomper ‘Cylinders’, this time signed through Scott Attrill, BK and co’s RIOT! Recordings (sister to Traffic), the track took many a DJ’s dance floor by storm with extremely encouraging feedback and support coming from Kutski, Andy Farley, Lisa Lashes, Karim, Scott Attrill, BK, Luca Antolini, Ed Real, Amber D, the Tidy Boys and Anne Savage, with Anne in particular highlighting it as one of her “top ten tracks of 2011” placing it at No. 3 in her 2011 overall chart. The single was also featured on BK’s ‘From Russia With Love’ album and has been signed to the forthcoming, set to be industry changing ‘Hard Electrik’ compilation from Scott Attrill and friends. Generator’s next release sees him continuing on from where he left us with each release either matching or bettering the quality of the last, a fine feat in either case.

‘Little Spys’ - the fifth single in his repertoire - is another neatly wrapped bundle of electronic goodness. Generator is back with a vengeance on another set to be anthemic  trance and harder infused underground dance release this September! Marking his fourth single on the legendary Riot Recordings label, the track is a full on assault on the senses. 'Sticky Fingers' is available now in both WAV and MP3 formats from all good digital retailers including Track It Down, Beatport and iTunes.

Luring you in gently with warm, raw, beats - you soon find yourself at the threshold of a killer breakdown before the tune takes a hard twist as it drops with some beastly rising stabs reminiscent of some of today’s hottest pioneers in dance music. Like a teenage fumble with your sweetheart, this track delivers everything it promises and leaves you at the end with sticky fingers and a desire to go to fourth base!
 


Generator’s first two singles were released via popular South Coast based hard dance outlet Implosion Digital, owned and operated by DJ / Producer John Black and featuring hard edged dance music dons the Organ Donors on the executive team. Both tracks received a wealth of support across the board from hard dance royalty with the third single release being signed to international leader of the ‘hard electrik’ movement Scott Attrill’s Traffic Records outlet, only serving to further the ‘smash through’ artist’s profile amongst the hard dance contingent. ‘Sexually Infected’ went on to secure a Top 10 position once more on Track It Down’s esteemed hard dance chart, with much support and favourable reviews from such industry pundits as Alex Kidd, BK and many more. 

Generator then followed this up with the infectious bass line stomper ‘Cylinders’, this time signed through Scott Attrill, BK and co’s RIOT! Recordings (sister to Traffic), the track took many a DJ’s dance floor by storm with extremely encouraging feedback and support coming from Kutski, Andy Farley, Lisa Lashes, Karim, Scott Attrill, BK, Luca Antolini, Ed Real, Amber D, the Tidy Boys and Anne Savage, with Anne in particular highlighting it as one of her “top ten tracks of 2011” placing it at No. 3 in her 2011 overall chart. The single was also featured on BK’s ‘From Russia With Love’ album and was signed to the critically acclaimed ‘Hard Electrik’ compilation from Scott Attrill and friends.



‘Little Spys’ is also still due to receive an exclusive Scott Attrill remix with a view to releasing later on in the coming months. Presently enjoying the success of his current mix compilation release 'Live For The Weekend 3' alongside Helen G on the Riot label as well as achieving a number of Track It Down hard dance chart No.1 positions with previous single releases, his monthly show will encompass all of his current sounds and styles that include that of future classics from his forthcoming debut artist album 'Mechanics'.

Scott Attrill 'Girls Love Techno' (Generator Remix)

Anthemic DJ & Producer James McGoldrick has been euphorically fusing hard dance, hard trance and hardstyle under the moniker of Generator in both high value productions and powerhouse DJ sets for well over ten years now. 

Often engaging his passion for uplifting, big vocal anthem styles, Generator’s repertoire includes a series of popular underground dance singles, all explosive in equal measure. 

These include his debut track entitled ‘Diesel’ on Implosion Digital and his sophomore effort, ‘Chains’, which would bring him to the attention of hard electrik hero and hard house legend Scott Attrill and BK respectively, who signed the third in Generator's armoury 'Cylinders' to the infamously popular labels Riot! Recordings and Traffic Records. 

This started a new era of great achievement for Generator, leading to the releases of ‘'Sexually Infected' (on Traffic), the extremely catchy 'Little Spys' (also on Traffic), the massively memorable 'Somethings C*m Inside Me' (Traffic), the chart topping 'Flaccid' and 'Sticky Fingers' (both on Riot!), the Agami Mosh penned 'Mad Breathing' (Riot!), the super smash hit 'Saved My Life' (Riot!) and the much acclaimed 'Ear Bashing' (Riot!), many of which received acclaim from Mixmag, DJ Mag, BBC Radio 1 and in some cases all three. 

Furthermore, Generator then produced and was charged with the undertaking of several remixes for a number of producers that included a remix of 'Bass Medication' for Shaun Livener on Universal Nation Recordings, an popular remix of Luca Antolini's 'Powerful Reloaded' for United Styles and an epic remix of Scott Attrill's seminal anthem 'Girls Love Techno' which saw Generator turning in a headline set worthy version of the best selling dance anthem. 

He’s no stranger to a compilation album either, with his first ever mix for a retail distributed two mix album, 'Live For The Weekend’ Volume 3' debuting in 2013, which he shared with hard dance rising star Helen G and received a well documented release on Riot!

Generator has also previously had tracks and remixes signed to BK’s ‘From Russia With Love’ (BK Live In Russia) album, Scott Attrill’s ‘This Is Hard Electrik’ and ‘Live In Sydney’ albums, ‘Hard Dance Euphoria’, Traffic’s ‘100’ series, ‘Hard Underground Sound’ 002, ‘Ibiza Hard EDM Selection’, ‘I Love Traffic’ Volume 3,  Noize’s ‘Electrik Hard Dance’ Volumes 1 & 2, Riot’s ‘Scott Attrill Selects’, ‘I Love Riot!’ Volume 3, Hard Dance Coalition’s ‘Global Hard Dance’ Volume 3 and many, many more.

Of course, it goes without saying that a solid production slate in turn presented Generator with the opportunity to perform a continuing string of DJ dates UK wide which included appearing alongside some of the international hard dance elite at events such as Implosion, Riot!, Noize, Bionic, Resonate, Forbidden, Contact, Storm and Audio Surgery - the latter being the party, label and production  brainchild of rave rockstars the Organ Donors, who Generator continues to work with to this very day.    
 
And so in 2023, after a brief hiatus, the bombastic beat purveyor known as Generator has returned with a string of fresh new tracks lined up for the modern club and festival landscape. This includes hot new single ‘The Puzzle’, an electrifying Summer smasher, that sees him reunited with his old friend Matt OD (Organ Donors), further confirming ‘twas ever thus - that the two are a dynamite combination.

With an eagerly awaited new artist album to follow and a freshly established DJ diary hotting up, Generator is back with a vengeance and a decade later, his story continues…
