Na hör mal wer da klotzt. Der gute Herr von und zu Blammo nimmt uns mit auf eine Reise durch einen Wald voller Acidbäume. Frech und doch auch leicht verspengelt bummelt die ganze Kiste durch die Gegend und vergisst dabei nicht feinsäuberlich dem roten Faden zu folgen.

In the mystic realm of 1960s Chicago, Terry Callier, a troubadour of folk jazz and soul, graced the shadowed stages of underground clubs and  coffeehouses. 

In 1972, he released his "Candyman“, a truly powerful seven minute bass-driven soul groove.

After retiring as a musician in the 1980s, Callier's music was discovered by some of London's trip-hop legends in the early 1990s. They invited him for recording sessions, which led to a late taste of commercial success.

In 2024, MAUGLI is taking over, sending "Candyman" on yet another journey with modern sampling techniques.

Mit deepen Microsounds schafft sie eine atmosphärische und magische Stimmung während uns die teilweise mystischen Klänge und pulsierenden Rhythmen beim Zuhören komplett in ihren Bann ziehen. Mit sehr dynamischn Basslines und harmonisierenden Melodien ist das Set eine vielseitige Mischung aus verschiedenen Elementen, die uns begeistert in eine andere Welt treiben lässt. "Hi, ich bin Rux aus Bukarest. Musik ist etwas, das ich sehr tief in mir fühle und ein Werkzeug, um alles um mich herum zu beschreiben. Rux from Bucharest (Romania ) wowes us with her set full of spatial sounds and an excellent taste in music. With deep microsounds, she creates an atmospheric and magical vibe that had us all hooked. The partly mystical tones and pulsating rhythms keeps us entranced as we listen. The dynamic Basslines and  harmonizing melodies are a great mix of different elements that got us all feeling like we were in a different world.
