My first finished experiment with my two obsessions, capoeira and the ukulele. La Laue is a popular capoeira song, all I did was add a harmony and some uke. Chords, in order are Am, Dm, Am, GM, Am for the chorus and a combination of Am, Dm, and GM for the verse if you want to try your hand at it!

La Laue - Capoeira

A project I did for my Intro to Music Technology class. Done in Logic Pro--vocals by me and Montanha(used chorus effect but it isn't too noticeable), drums made on Ultrabeat, guitar done via midi. I would have loved to record berimbau but due to time constraints I used an apple loop. (If I'd had time I would have put it in a key that was more comfortable for my voice.) La Laue is more traditional, Quem Vem La So Eu is more of an acoustic (totally inspired and heavily influenced by Afrobilly Jones' version).
