Explanation

Genesis is a 22 year old Pop/RnB artist from Orange County, VA. She first got into music at age 16 after being gifted a studio session for her birthday, where she fell in love. 

Since then, she has been songwriting, recording, and producing her own music while collaborating with credited songwriters, engineers and producers in Los Angeles, CA & more. She draws inspiration from legends such as a Mariah Carey and Alicia Keys and has been praised for her timeless and wholesome sound.

Genesis has released two projects along with three singles, both independently and with a label. Her latest work, a single titled “Mind My Business”, was released in October, 2023. Genesis continues to create while seeking new opportunities and experiences. She is excited for what the future holds.
