Genesys Sound has emerged as one of Toronto’s homegrown Soundcrews, spinning there way into the forefront of nightclubs and special events. A combination of passion, drive and with the help of their mentors, Genesys Sound have been able to turn their dreams into a reality by creating a unique sound that explores beyond the horizons of a field saturated with unoriginal and repetitive sounds.

Genesys Sound have worked to perfect their craft and take their dynamic sound to new heights. Although they have an old school flare, they incorporate all genres into their mixes, placing a special emphasis on their Caribbean roots. Among their influences are internationally acclaimed DJ Jazzy Jeff, DJ Cash Money, Kid Capri, and Funkmaster Flex, alongside some of Toronto’s finest; Starting from Scratch, Jason Chambers, and Skratch Bastid.

With their ear for new sounds coupled with the passion and energy they put into every appearance, Genesys Sound has established themselves as one of the most sought-after local DJs in the GTA.
