Today, September 10th, is World Suicide Prevention Day.

This day was created in 2003 by the International Association for Suicide Prevention and the World Health Organization with the goal of preventing the act of suicide through the adoption of strategies by the governments of the countries. Around 600 activities take place in 70 countries around the world to save lives.

According to the World Health Organization, about 805,000 people commit suicide per year. This is the leading cause of death among young people aged 25 to 34 and the 15th cause in the world, but suicide can be prevented in more than 90% of cases.

With that in mind I decided to rearrange and cover the song Sadness and Sorrow by Toshio Masuda. This song is the theme of several emocional moments of the anime Naruto that surely touched the hearts of many people of my generation.

The purpose of this is to connect with you in some way to show that we are not alone in this. If anyone needs help, do not hesitate to talk to a friend, to your parents, or get in touch with an institution in your country that helps people in need.
