Over the last five years, Evolution Chamber has emerged as a label committed to setting itself apart. Founded by Task Horizon, Receptor, and Magnetude, the label was established as a sanctuary and creative outlet for their music. Always dedicated to pushing the boundaries of Drum & Bass, the label has steadily expanded its catalogue, eventually becoming the exclusive home for Joe Ford and Ekwols.

From its inception, the long-term aim was to not only to cultivate a platform for their own music but also to also provide a space for emerging artists to thrive, giving rise to the 'Transmissions' series. Now, with great pride, Evolution Chamber unveils the second instalment of ‘Transmissions’’. As anticipated, it promises to deliver an experience beyond expectations.

In this subsequent release, the series maintains its approach by featuring a collective of artists from all corners of the globe. Spearheading the EP is Lance Dance, a fresh face from Russia (previously part of Saint Robbers), leads the charge blending melody with weightiness with his track 'Kill You'. Adding to the mix is the debut of Polish based Belarusian Skrimor, offering a glimpse of what’s to come in the future with 'The Rave Feeling'. Returning to the label is Tenkei, representing Switzerland and infusing African influences with the vibrant 'Maho', while the familiar Austrian-Russian trio TNTKLZ offer their second serving on the series with the characteristic dark roller 'Pay Your Blood'. Bringing the release to a close is the first of many trans-atlantic collaborations by Volatile Cycle, Dropset & Konquest as they close off the EP with the vocal dancefloor destroyer 'Damocles.

‘Transmissions’ not only serves as a platform to showcase emerging talent, but it also serves as a gateway for artists aiming to release on the label in the future. The future of music is now, and Evolution Chamber continues to set upon the mission in nurturing the next generation of musical innovators.

Much time had passed since the uprising of the demon kings had sprung forth from the ancient obelisk, bringing ruin to the great city that had been built around it. Yet more had passed since humanity had lost their homeworld to these malevolent creatures, who poured out from the monument with no other desire than to torture, pillage, and destroy. For years, all-out war had raged on the Earth’s surface and yet for all of humanity’s most valiant efforts, the killing of one demon had begotten only the rising of two more. In their final hour, those scant few who survived had fled to the stars, abandoning the wreckage of their beloved home. It was there that they maintained an uneasy existence above it, one tied to the sanctuary of a handful of meager orbital stations scattered amidst their solar system.
	
It was from these stations that they now watched in horror as a great celestial body rapidly entered their domain, its surface scarred by gargantuan visages of suffering and despair that protruded from its surface. As it neared the abandoned remains of their homeworld, the gravity well of the hellish sphere sucked its shattered pieces almost instantaneously inward as though feeding the horrific faces that marred its ochre hide. Though sound permeated not through the vacuum of space, the minds of all those who watched were split by a psychic scream of pleasure that emanated forth from the planet as though it were a living being. Then, as though sated by the life it had consumed, it began to drift back beyond the bounds of their solar system, completing the cycle of DIVERGENCE once more.

Whether as a DJ setting ablaze dancefloors all over the country or as the mastermind behind the Ellemination label and the Ellement club and event series, Drumago has been already been an integral part of the scene since way back in 2012, but ever since the pandemic and the advent of his very own hard-hitting, Crossbreed-Neurofunk productions, he's truly become a force to be reckoned with. After Screamfunk, the first monstrous tune infused with the truly diabolical vocal talents of German Deathcore band Unredd's frontman vocalist, the ungodly combo returns to deliver nothing short of pure armageddon, with Mayhem. Deep inside the furthest depths of the Black Forest, dozens of miles away from any trace of civilization, MC Unredd prepares to deliver the final touches to his plan to destroy the world as we know it. To his feet, bound and tied, lays Drumago, the rather inconspicuously looking vessel chosen to channel the ultimate weapon of mass destruction in just an hour's time. Right as the clock strikes midnight, illuminated by the full moon, Unredd kneels down beside his victim and plants the foul seed of hell itself into his mind, kicking off a chain reaction of madness. Immediately, Drumago finds himself transported to a forest eerily similar to the one he remembers hiking through earlier that day yet also deeply unsettling in its otherworldliness - he has entered the nightmare realm.

Along a path lit up by phantasmal torches, he makes his way through the uncanny woods, eventually stumbling upon a clearing. As the multi-coloured moonlight pierces his retinas, unnerving flashes of a mysterious woman performing a mystical blood ritual shimmer right next to a ritual stone, drawing his attention to the alien objects now resting behind it, peeking out from inside a tree stump. On further inspection, an immense sense of purpose rushes over him, as he realises this mind-boggling machinery is a weapon sent from the future for him to bear. In the blink of an eye, Unredd welcomes him back to the real world. Emerging from a fiery ritualistic circle, Drumago finds his body's molecular structure now fused with the mechanical weaponry and only one thought remaining in his mind: Total annihilation. Chaos. Mayhem. Ladies and gentlemen, Drumago The Cyborg is born.
