After releasing a handful of unorganised tunes on their Soundcloud, ambient-pop newcomer ascua makes his debut on Soul Feeder with his first full-length, “Glass Swan”. Here the Spanish producer processes a past physical and psychological trauma through minimalistic yet catchy synth melodies, ringing percussions and ethereal vocals.
The structure of “Glass Swan”, alternating between peaceful and haunting atmospheres, creates a loose sense of narration meant to portrait the shifting emotional state ascua found himself as he dealt with his own trauma. By turning his personal experience into music, ascua’s objective has shifted from that of simple catharsis to the creation of an intimate gift for everyone who has experienced or might experience a similar state of fragility and is looking for understanding and relief.

I love and connect with Ewa’s music so hard I feel like have too many things to say. but let me start with this:

i’m a little coward and a chicken.
i tried playing „Yume Nikki” a few times and to make it even less disturbing I launched it on my PS Vita BUT STILL couldn’t finish it. Its edgy subtleness, cute gore, and liminal art style were pure nightmare fuel. but one thing has stuck with me - the soundtrack.

and here comes Ewa Sad with her new, obscure, hazy project „Lolipianko” which feels almost exactly like „Yuke Nikki” cult, classic OST. cozy although cold… vivid although liminal… a perfect freeware-Winamp-Soulseek combination filled with grotesquely warm ringtone-like melodies.

Digitised, sputtering vocals break into millions of tiny shards and dissipate. When inner doubt takes over, thoughts flood the headspace and fly into every direction. Calling into the void, the answers and optimism goes into hiding; no longer are the answers reflected back at you.

stnvndijk* is an Amsterdam-based producer offering a unique subversion to electronic dance music as we know it. His growing presence has quickly been extending to radio stations, venues and online spheres across Europe and beyond. The first half leans into a dreamy break beat groove, spacious and atmospheric, with acid-laced touches weaving through the mix. As the track progresses, it morphs into a powerful 4/4 techno pulse—grounded, hypnotic, and deeply expressive.
