Jack Lazarus returns to his own label, Into The Myst, with a new EP titled Another Planet. The EP features three club-ready progressive tracks.
The first track, “Another Planet”, is a dark progressive journey that immerses listeners in an otherworldly soundscape. It’s driven by the moody tension of the Phrygian mode. The track blends the hypnotic grooves of melodic techno with the raw emotional edge of indie dance.
The second track, “Little Groover”, is kind of what it says on the tin. A funky, feel-good progressive track with infectious basslines, crisp percussion, and a playful yet driving groove. At its core lies an epic breakdown—an expansive, hands-in-the-air moment where the groove gives way to huge chords and atmospheric builds before dropping back into a tight, irresistible rhythm.
The last track, “Miso Salmon”, is a rich fusion of progressive and organic house.
