Gently Morphed is  composed of brother and sister act Max and Holly Paxton and lifetime friend Dany Sigismondi on the drums The two Paxtons, of a canadian father and English mother were born and raised in Italy. Their sound has an obvious techno influenceas well as from other major genres, from rock to rythme and blues and funk, producing a dynamic popish sound, easily danceable.  The three musicians have always sung in English, which set them apart form most modern  Italian bands, which led them to often play throughout Europe (Germany, Denmark and England). With Canadian passports from birth, Gently Morphed made the journey to Toronto to find their place in the Canadian music scene. Dany and Max had met after their former bands split up and immediately found some magic together with Paxton's deceptive guitar style, that often changes genre within a song and Sigismondi's innovative style on drums.  Holly plays a deep methodic bass and seemingly keeps the two other musicians together (on and off the stage). All three sing, and are incredible in their harmonies. Max sings the majority of the songs, although Holly's voice is a perfect counteract. Dany leads the very creative background harmonies, which are often appreciated for their complexity.  Their sound is refreshingly familiar and fun.  "Music, is a little like life, never a chore but always a challenge.”, says Max. It's such a blast playing together with these two", says Holly, "I can't see myself playing with anyone else". "Playing and seeing the crowd getting into it, what else is there", sights Dany.  This is a group to appreciate live
