Let’s start the club season together with a proper techno all nighter hosted by Airsound Records at Turbina Budapest. After the successful mid-summer event at Aerther club, label owner Akos Wex invites Cosmic Xplorer, Oxcart and Dorian Knox again to play alongside him.
Together they will showcase three different shades of techno starting from deep-raw to groovy, hypnotic-driving soundscapes.

DREIAN @dreian_music_official is a DJ/Producer based in London (UK) & founder of Space Kraft Recordings. He began his journey in the world of music production and business in mid-2019 after several years of clubbing around various underground events in Sicily, Italy.

Signed with notorious labels like Deborah De Luca’s Solamente, IAMT by Spartaque, The Yellow Heads's Reload or Balthazar & JackRock's Renesanz, among others, his performances showcase a fast-paced, groovy-dark, and driving modern style,often delving into raw and intense hypnotic shades.

He had appearances in top-notch London clubs such as EGG LDN, The Cause & E1 and shared lineups with artists like Joyhauser, NUSHA, Marika Rossa, Ramon Tapia, Saytek or BOXIA.

With one Beatport Top 10 ranking and over 1.000.000 Spotify streams, DREIAN delivered the right efforts for his Space Kraft label enriching the scene and receiving high-calibre supports. Driven by pure passion and love for music, DREIAN keeps pushing boundaries forwhat will come.

Kemi, natural de São Paulo e residente na Espanha, foi imersa no mundo da música desde cedo, influenciada pelo house, especialmente por Hernan Cattaneo, uma presença constante em sua infância graças aos pais. Sua conexão com a cena eletrônica de São Paulo começou em 2016, mas foi somente em 2019 que se entregou a cena underground, onde sua paixão pelo raw hipnótico foi despertada ao presenciar um set de Setaoc Mass, impulsionando-a a começar a tocar em 2020, inicialmente como um hobby.

Inspirada por grandes nomes como Rodhad, Marrøn, Oscar Mulero e a brasileira The Lady Machine, Kemi vê a música como uma linguagem para transmitir emoções, acreditando na expressão mais pura de si mesma através de grooves marcantes.

Paula Chalup is a part of the techno scene in São Paulo since its beginning, in iconic clubs like Hell’s and Lov.e. Her career has been remarkable, filled with great achievements, and since the late 90s, Paula has contributed to the development of the clubbing scene. Later on, she played in Europe, as well as throughout Brazil, performing in renowned events. Nowadays, Paula keeps herself updated and more active than ever, specially with her project “Audio Immersive”.

1 - How has the CIDS Djing story started ?

I was always drawn towards music, since very little I started playing with a toy organ at the age of 4, and later on my parents bought my first real electric piano at the age of 9. I used to play classical music and as I grew up I tried to portray my ideas on this instrument. At home, a variety of music would also be playing, but what specifically caught my attention were some very old vinyls from 80’s disco music and later on, my brother’s CD’s from artists such as Benny Benassi, Daft Punk, among others. As a grown-up, I started going to raves and clubs in Montevideo and I was very keen on House and Drum n’Bass, but what made my mind blow the moment I listened to it, was Techno. Immediately after, in 2018 I started trying my first mixes in my laptop using VirtualDJ, haha. As I started getting positive feedback I decided to make it more “real” by taking DJ lessons in Musike Academy in order to start using “a proper setup”.
I’ve had some up and downs along the way but never stopped since.


2 - Where do you generally draw your inspiration from ?

In order to prepare a playlist for a performance or a mix recording, I often draw inspiration from tidying up my house now that I realize haha, I’m a very organized person so I can spend lot of hours lost in music while doing simple everyday things.
I also try to analyze very well the artists that I like the most and learn from them and their sound. I think after so many years I could find my sound over the last few months and these are reflected in my productions as well, it feels finally authentic.
Also, I find a lot of support and inspiration in Fusion UY/ES, a Techno collective we have with a couple of friends, we always try to learn from each other and grow all together.


3 - Could you tell us more about your music selection and mixing process ? 

It depends on the mood and kind of mix I’m preparing. When I record a mix I always try to prepare something medium to high intensity, that makes you wanna hear more, but always leave my most beloved tracks for the dance floor for sure, so I can show the audience more of what you would hear typically in a pre-recorded mix. I always try to find emergent artists and specially songs which have that little something that has never been heard. I’m listening to a lot of tracks from Argentinian and Spanish artists lately.

5 - Whats your craziest dream? 

Good question, right now my dream, hope it’s not that crazy though, is to travel the world sharing my music. Thanks for the opportunity to let this happen, we’re already traveling the world if our music is heard in other countries :)
